HireCRM ("we", "us") is a personal job-application tracker available at this website. It is operated by an individual developer. Contact: nikitastognii@gmail.com.
Account information: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. Application data: everything you enter into the tracker — companies, roles, stages, notes, contacts, links, offers, timeline events and follow-up dates. CV files: files you upload through the CVs feature are stored in your own Google Drive; we store only the file's name, size, type and Google Drive file id. We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers or precise location data.
We use your data solely to provide the tracker to you: showing your pipeline, computing follow-ups and analytics, generating your personal calendar feed and storing/retrieving your CV files. We do not sell personal information, do not share it with third parties for their own use, and do not use it for advertising. We do not use your data to train machine-learning models.
HireCRM's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The Google Drive scope we request (drive.file) only lets the app access files it created itself — never the rest of your Drive. Drive access tokens are stored encrypted at rest in our database and used exclusively to upload, download and delete the CV files you manage in the app.
We use only essential cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a CSRF-protection cookie. We set no analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser; you will simply be signed out.
Application data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon (AWS, Frankfurt region, EU). The app itself is hosted on Vercel (USA). CV files live in your own Google Drive under your Google account.
We share data only with the infrastructure providers above (Vercel, Neon, Google), acting as processors to run the service, and when required by law. Your personal calendar feed URL contains a private token — anyone who has the URL can read your follow-up titles and company names, so treat it like a password; you can regenerate it at any time in the Calendar dialog.
Your data is kept until you delete it. Applications moved to Trash are permanently purged after 30 days. You can delete your entire account and all associated data at any time from the Support page ("Delete account") — deletion is immediate and irreversible. CV files previously uploaded to your Google Drive remain in your Drive (they belong to you); remove them there if you wish. You can also email nikitastognii@gmail.com to request deletion.
The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information. The app gives you all of these directly: your data is visible in the UI, editable, exportable via CSV/JSON and deletable via Delete account. For anything else, email nikitastognii@gmail.com.
If we materially change this policy we will update the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
